Parking Lot Striping

Crisp, clearly marked parking layouts for asphalt, concrete, and paver surfaces. Restriping is often one of the fastest visible improvements you can make to a commercial property.

Line striping organizes traffic lanes, parking spaces, pedestrian crossings, and every other designated area on your property. Done well, it keeps traffic flowing, makes the most of your usable stalls, and helps drivers and pedestrians move safely.

What we stripe

  • Standard and compact parking stalls, single and double line
  • Accessible parking spaces, access aisles, and pavement symbols
  • Directional arrows and traffic flow markings
  • Fire lanes and no-parking zones
  • Crosswalks and pedestrian walkways
  • Loading zones, curbside pickup, and reserved spaces
  • Stall numbering and reserved-tenant lettering
  • Curb painting and pavement text
  • Wheel stops and bollard painting

Restriping an existing lot

Many commercial striping projects involve repainting an existing layout. When the existing layout still works, following those markings is often the most straightforward and cost-effective approach.

We can repaint the existing layout or help coordinate a revised one. Changes involving stall dimensions, accessible spaces, fire lanes, traffic flow, or local requirements may require a plan prepared or approved by the appropriate owner, design professional, or authority. We will identify that before quoting a redesigned layout.

Asphalt, concrete, or pavers

Parking-lot markings can be applied to asphalt, concrete, and many paver surfaces when the appropriate preparation and coating system are used. That matters locally, because asphalt sealcoating does not apply to concrete or paver lots while striping may still be available. If you have a concrete lot with faded markings, we can help.

Paint and materials

We provide white, yellow, blue, red, and other colors required by the property plan, customer specifications, or applicable local requirements. The proposal will identify the paint colors and materials included for the property.

Scheduling and reopening

Project duration and phasing depend on the lot, markings, access requirements, weather, and crew availability. We will review the property's operating needs and provide a proposed schedule before work begins.

Reopening time depends on the product, pavement temperature, humidity, sunlight, wind, and weather. We will also confirm when each completed area may reopen to traffic.

How often should a lot be restriped?

There is no universal repainting schedule. Traffic, turning movements, sunlight, surface condition, cleaning practices, and the type of coating all affect wear. We recommend reviewing the markings periodically and restriping when visibility or layout clarity has noticeably declined.
