What the work involves
Cracks are cleared of debris and vegetation, then sealed. The proposal identifies which cracks appear suitable for sealing, the preparation required, and the material proposed.
Which cracks are suitable
Not every crack is a good candidate for sealant. Wide, crumbling, or interconnected areas may need repair instead. We will identify that during the site review.
Recurring or interconnected cracking can also point to a deeper pavement or base problem, and we will say so if that is what the pattern suggests.
On its own or with sealcoating
Crack sealing is normally done before sealcoating, but it can also be done on its own.
Scheduling and reopening
Project duration and phasing depend on the lot, access requirements, weather, and crew availability. We will review the property's operating needs and provide a proposed schedule before work begins.
Reopening time depends on the material and the weather, and is confirmed together with the schedule.
